30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

● Product must be unopened and unused.

● Product must be in its original packaging.

● Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

● Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

● Opened products

● Used products

● Gift cards

● Promotional or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
