● Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $75 or more (before taxes).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Skin Epika is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skinepika.comand we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
